Trained Staff
Our training guarantees our cleaners carry out all cleaning provisions professionally and safely:
Ready within training manuals and sessions provided have key areas of practical training that are signed off prior to working on site:
- Skills & methods in line with BISCs
- Machines and types of Power & Supply
- Chemicals and safe use in line with COSHH
- Store Room e.g. storing of chemicals and colour coding of equipment & materials plus H&S
- Health & Safety (H&S) inclusive of site H&S, COSHH, risk assessments
Each operative receives training focused on:
- BISCs Operative Proficiency Training: All staff is given BISCs Standard industry recognised qualification. This ensures they are capable of delivering all services required to the highest standard.
- COSHH: All operatives receive training to ensure they work in line with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health. Training ensures the correct use, storage and management of chemicals that can cause harm to workers and the public.
- Health & Safety Training: The training meets the obligations and legislations in place for the various environments we work within. Refresher training is provided under the grounds mentioned above in relation to legislative changes etc.
Security & Vetting
We use the Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service which enables us to make safer recruitment decisions – preventing us from allowing any unsuitable personnel working with vulnerable groups. As part of this commitment, all cleaning operatives must receive an enhanced DBS check prior to completing employment registration.
All operatives are required to wear uniform; including tabards with the Readycor logo. This way our cleaning operatives are always professionally presented. ID badges are provided, matched with the Readycor uniform ensures the Readycor workforce is always easily identifiable. We know the benefit gained by our clients having well-presented cleaning operatives onsite – don’t forget, your cleaner represents an extension of your company.
